Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is near the central train station and public transit. I found many coffee shops and restaurants within a short walk. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, assisting with my questions and requests. The location is across the street from the Natural History Museum.

During my visit, the noise cancellation was not effective. Sounds from outside the hotel were quite loud inside the room. This was particularly noticeable due to the proximity to an emergency hospital nearby.

The location was very convenient for getting around. the breakfast selection was varied and fresh. the staff were very helpful with directions and local information. They assisted with my luggage. the room was tidy.

The carpet had some noticeable stains. It looked worn. the soundproofing was minimal. I could hear street noise. the bathroom lacked a few toiletries. There was no conditioner available.

i found good value at this location. it was walking distance to the hauptbahnhof. the natural history museum across the street was really interesting. the bed was also quite comfortable.

the temperature in the room was hot. the window would not stay open easily. i had to prop it with a towel. i did not expect that.

the location was convenient. it was near the main railway station and a tram station. breakfast was adequate. there was a reasonable selection of food.

the room was somewhat outdated. the appearance was a bit old. the room lacked modern updates. there was no fridge in the room and no iron was available.

funny smell terrible flies

The location was convenient, near the train station. I could also easily reach the museum.

My room smelled funny. I think it came from the carpets (i hate those). There wasn't air conditioning, just a ventilator, but opening the window brought in flies.
